Skytec

Skytec is an application to provide support in the operational processes for transport operators. The mobile application centralizes work orders, schedules, instructions and photographic evidence of field operational personnel, facilitating the efficient and organized execution of transport order documentation.

Problems to solve
Design an accessible mobile application for transport operators under real-world working and outdoor use conditions. The user experience should minimize unnecessary options and redundant processes, offering intuitive navigation that allows users to view, manage, and complete transport orders quickly, accurately, and in accordance with the company's operational requirements.
The user paths were structured to reduce friction, eliminate redundancies, and facilitate decision-making. Through a linear and intuitive user flow, the operator can view their order, review instructions, record evidence, and complete the service according to the company's operational requirements.
Solution
A user-friendly interface was developed, adaptable for outdoor use, with a simplified information architecture and intuitive user paths. The workflow prioritizes essential tasks, reduces cognitive load, and allows for the clear and efficient completion of each transport order.
The prototype underwent testing and iteration cycles with groups of transport operators. The findings allowed for optimization of the user experience and the achievement of a satisfactory solution for the user, prepared to evolve as the operational needs of users and the company change.

Translock
Translock is a mobile application designed to manage and control smart locks in personal, logistics, and transportation contexts. The platform centralizes the registration, monitoring, and administration of devices, allowing users to check their status, control access, and track their location from a clear and efficient interface.

Problems to solve

A mobile application was needed that would allow a user from any location to activate, deactivate, share, or grant other users permissions to use smart locks in the dry and refrigerated cargo transport industry, primarily, and also for commercial smart locks.
An additional requirement for using the app is to allow receiving geolocation notifications of the lock and to allow the user to see the geographic location in real time through an API with Google Maps to provide greater control over the security of cargo, containers, boxes, refrigerators in national or international transport.

Solution
The solution was developed using a human-centered Design Thinking process. Starting with needs analysis, problem definition, and prototyping, an experience was designed to simplify the management of different types of smart locks within a single application.
The product evolved through testing and iterations with focus groups, whose feedback allowed for adjustments to the architecture, navigation flows, and interface clarity. The result was a functional and intuitive solution that aligned with both user expectations and the sense of security, trust, and control the company sought to convey.

WEB DESIGN

Mora Portal
The Mora Portal is a platform developed for the Dr. José María Luis Mora Research Institute, a federal public institution dedicated to research, teaching and dissemination in history and social sciences.
The portal serves as the primary digital channel for information and services for faculty, researchers, students, and the general public. It integrates institutional content, procedures with different departments, forms, academic activities, publications, and repositories of historical documents for public consultation.

The project's priority was to optimize the information architecture and build clearer, more efficient navigation paths. Based on an analysis of the content provided by each department and the Institute's overall needs, sections, hierarchies, and workflows were reorganized to facilitate information retrieval and the completion of specific tasks.
The interface was designed with a strong visual identity consistent with Mora's institutional character. Navigation was simplified to reduce distractions, avoid unnecessary detours, and allow each user to directly complete their objectives.
The portal was developed using a modular and iterative model, allowing for the evaluation, adjustment, and expansion of each section as the community's needs evolve. A visual guide for content publication was also created, outlining criteria for composition, hierarchy, and the use of graphic resources to ensure consistency across departments and strengthen the institutional image.
